Before your visit

Please check which hospital and ward or clinic you need to go to.

Our hospitals are big and it can take a while to get to where you’re supposed to be. Give yourself plenty of time to find your way to your appointment. You can find more information on your appointment here.

Travel information and parking

As parking is very limited, please use public transport wherever possible. There’s more on parking at St George’s Hospital page.

Taxis

The phone for calling taxis is located in the main entrance next to Marks and Spencer’s, on the wall in the centre of the main reception.

Bicycle

There are cycle parking facilities covered by CCTV. Free cycle parking facilities can be found at a number of locations on the hospital perimeter road.

St George’s Hospital appears in Local Cycling Guides 10 and 14. You can order a free copy of these guides online at tfl.gov.uk/cycling or by calling 0843 222 1234.

Bicycle racks are located on site on the right side of the main reception next to Marks and Spencer’s.

We have various cafes and restaurants onsite, open from Monday to Friday 07.00, Saturday 07.30 or Sunday 08.00.
